Hi, i a trying to put a local video at background. When i use Youtube link it is ok. I cant upload my video file and i cant see it when i use ftp tu put in directory.
Is ther some specifications to respect, format, size and weight ?

- Format: mp4
- Size: depends on your needs, bigger file means better quality but more KB to load
- Weight: 1-9M ? , but sometimes file is too big to upload via Joomla because of PHP settings or Joomla Media settings

Thank you for your query. There is a work-around you can try. Can you manually upload the local video to a folder on your server, then insert the link in the video addon?

if you upload video file (.mp4) by FTP tool you have to use "Browse folder" to find it,
but
if somehow you still don't see it - just put URL manually, for example, /images/video/intro.mp4 inside video URL field.
If you would upload thru SPPB you should be able to see video files in "videos"
