Due to persistent failures (a buggy interchange J3 and J4, inserting fields during trial migrations in J4.1.5) I am going to have to move a large site manually.
Since I don't see an export option in my J3 build, what would your suggestion be?
WAIT - there in the template manage, advanced options. (Facepalm).

Accepted AnswerActually, you DO have the export settings tool in the template manager! (under the advanced tab)
Unfortunately, I am one of numerous individuals who lost track of a virgin J3 database. Once a trial has failed, it is extremely difficult to get it back if you don't have a clean J3 version. Akeeba can't help at this point. Joomla really should have a tool that scours the database and removes injected fields, primary keys, and myriad other mysteries - the complaints are numerous.

So far Akeeba Backup was the best migrator / backup tool.
In that case, maybe you have to do all steps manually:
- Database export inside PHPMyAdmin (cPanel)
- Most File Managers in cPanel have option to compress all files into one .zip then download it - if not, ask hosting support.
- Update paths in configuration.php file after migration
In general, task beyond JoomShaper support.

Accepted AnswerIn Helix Template Options you can export only template basic setting, NOT WHOLE website.
