Hello, I have the same problem with Helix 3.0.5 and Joomla 4.4.1. What can I do except reset the export parameters manually? Thanks in advance for your feedback PL

  1. You can export-import from Template Options.
  2. Or use PHPMyAdmin and copy-paste parameters from prefix_template_styles (easy to find)
  3. or just do that same settings looking at old template settings

There is NO Reset option, you have to do that manually.

Hi Paul, and thanks for the info, Export works with Helix 3, but import does not :-( I managed to recover the settings by only recovering the "params" column of #templatestyles for the shaperhelix3 template. Too long to copy everything PL

Helix3 is old template, we only add really urgent fixes to it.

I am glad that you used method #2
