Images Resize Instead Of Stack

Have SP PB Pro and not sure if possible but my goal is to have a top row, with 4 images side by side, which I have. I resize the window to make it smaller and the images stack one on to of the other. What I would like to happen is the images stay side-by-side and shrink. Basically the behaviour I would expect if the 4 images where a single image. Just playing around, but here is example, of course would be different images Play website
