Mobile / Tablet Logo On Empire Template Not Showing Or Too Big

So I added the logo to all the areas in the Helix template, but when i look on mobile there is NO LOGO there. And On The Tablet the logo is shifted out of place and the menu is move to the left where the logo should be.

Please advise
