Hi Ionut,

You could use forum.joomla.org: https://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=3659484

I can only guess that one of used extra plugins is not Joomla 4 ready.

Useful tips: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZO9nmdsLlFw

What extra plugins do you have installed?

If sp cookie or similar - rename its folder name (!) it may help. Check extra plugins one by one.

Good advice would be to disable all extra plugins before upgrading to Joomla 4. Then later it's easier to find out which one causes problems after enabling them.

Thanks, but i don't use something extra. Only joomshaper.com for joomla 4.

Is upgrade from joomla 3 to joomla 4. If i install one by one, is ok.

Is joomla 4 error?

Thanks

Yes, should be.

It's better to use Helix Ultimate than using old Helix3 on new Joomla 4, but you can keep it - if template will be also updated as all other extensions.

2nd idea: disable all extra installed (even by us) extensions, make Joomla upgrade from 3 to 4. Then enable them one by one. Of course make sure that you updated all of them using NEW version.

I've found that this issue was alleviated by upgrading the JCE version to the latest version.

Hope that might help someone.

Unfortunately, for reasons I don't understand, older versions of JCE never indicated that there was an update. And this caused a lot of problems also security ones (for all versions below v2.9.50). You have to talk with JCE developer about WHY.

Personally I check JCE update manually, but it's an “occupational disease” ;p
