If I may...

ad 1) In Accordions and Tabs directly you cannot use premade/saved sections only addons & module addon as well & columns. But if you would add saved section below (in new row), you can move addons inside Tab item from it.

ad 2) Very soon, we are testing stable version since today, so should be published in next few days.

But of course :)

I can save sections I make on a web-page in the Sections library - to be used inside other future pages.

But this feature can't be used in Accordions and Tabs (for now) which means that I have to build from scratch every time = waste of time - especially when working with many client project pages where a lot of content frameworks are repeated....
