Artion Logo In Background Pixelated

Template 3 years ago

Using the Artion template and in your thumbs, the logo in the background looks great. When I've looked at the demo with Firefox, Safari, or Chrome, it looks very pixelated.

I tried it on a new site and it's definitely pixelated like your demo. It looks like when you get to a certain point on the page, it shrinks down to fit to the top of the page. Is it possible that instead of shrinking itself down to fit in the header of the page, it's using that size to display extra large in the page background, which is the reason why it's so pixelated?

Hello Lucy

I can see the logo fine. What do you actually want to do? Please share a screenshot of your issue to understand it better. Take a screenshot and share via any platform. For example: Lightshot

Best regards

I can't get Lightshot to work and I don't seem to be able to upload a screenshot. If you go to your own Artion demo you'll see the logo is there in the background of the page but it's super pixelated. Is it supposed to look like that? If so, I'll move on to a different template.

Sunofa...

Yes. I have an iMac, MacBookPro, and an iPad Pro. Looks like that on all of them. Is there a workaround for it?

your logo is SVG file - and as you know it's a scalable vector graphics.

Maybe: https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=svg+pixelated

@Ofi - if you have Mac on your desk, maybe you will be able to see "pixels" and help more.

Ah, I see what you are saying. Thank you for this, I was completely losing my mind!

Back to losing my mind... The links I've read seem to focus on scaling the logo down and it losing resolution. This seems to be doing it in reverse on a Mac. It's like it's using the smaller setting (for the top corner) and just blowing it up huge without scaling it to size.

This is what I'm seeing (and it's the same when I view the Artion demo page):

Any overrides I can employ?

Yes, I have also found the blurry issue of the logo. It happens only on the Safari. I will have to talk to the developers. Since it's holiday here, we have to wait for a week.

Thanks Ofi, Do you all have an anticipated time frame of when you'll get the update done or have an override I can use until then to make it look okay?

Hi everybody! Has this been resolved? I am having the same exact issue with Safari rendering the logo pixelated (upscaling the low-res instead of downscaling the hi-res).

Hi Ofi, thank you for your response. Do you know if there is a plan to update or a temporary solution?

Sorry, we do not have any dates. It will be fixed in the next release. You can use any jpg or png image in the home page first section image addon. These formats work fine. Only svg format image shows this issue on Safari browser.
