There is no default way to do this. You can customize the template. But at first, you need to confirm from J2Store that it is possible.

Accepted AnswerHow to add video to product PAGE of template Shopin (not to product card), using only your professional experience, without contacting j2store support? I can change only text of article’s description. How to add video, for example, as in the picture (links)?

Accepted AnswerYou need to take J2Store pro if you want to use the full functionality. Our quickstart includes the free version with limited capability. There is currently no default way for video from us.
