Hi Mateo,

Links are from website, not template. The only way to have control over displayed PDF is to display that file inside Joomla, not outside as you have now.

Check Joomla extensions for "PDF Viewer" or "pdf embed"

Nevermind, that heading can be changed while saving the document from word to pdf.

Only in case when you have control of PDF content, but as webmasters in most cases we get ready PDF files without control how they were made.
