Changing Joomla Menu Item To Home does Not Change Displayed Home Page For Some Templates

I've installed three quickstart templates with Joomla v4 - Edulif, Newsberg, and Finion I created a new single article menu item as an alternative home page, and set the "Home" choice on the Joomla Menu Items page to be my new menu item. For the Edulif site my new home page appears, so changing the "Home" setting to a different menu item works as expected. For the Newsberg and Finion sites, although I've changed the designated "home" menu item, the home page remains as the one from the demo, done in SP Page Builder Pro. Since I set this up similarly in all sites, seems something in the Newsberg and Finion setups is "forcing" the home page to be the SP Page Builder home item, even though the Joomla designated 'Home' is set to a different Menu Item...?

Hello

Thank you for your quey.

Newsberg & Finion have language specific menu items. You have to either create language specific new single article menu item and set as home or disable "home" menu as default page for each language.

Thanks for the quick response and info, and am able to change home page as noted. Followup quesiton - Is there a way to disable/deactivate the multi-language aspects for a site/template?
Since I do not plan to leverage multi-language features for my site, would prefer to avoid any such future unforeseen ramifications of having it initially setup as part of the quick-installed template.
