Changing The Menu Item Order In Joomla 4 While Using Helix Ultimate

Hi
I am not sure if this is a Joomla issue or a Helix Framework issue? I searched the Joomla forum for this issue, but found none.
All of my websites are using the Helix Framework. My Joomla 3.x.x websites allow me to change the order of the menu items, but my Joomla 4.x.x websites won't. All of my J4 websites are running on Joomla 4.1.3, and the Helix Framework is on 2.0.8.
At this stage, I cannot change the order of my menu items. I used to drag and drop them to the correct order, but now they revert to the order in which I created them.
Has anyone else encountered this issue before?

This was a bug I found in joomla 4.1.3 it will be fixed in the next version (https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/37778)
