Hi, After some updating, the following was observed:

  1. The menu suddenly moved to the right and part of it is folded to the next row https://prnt.sc/DdYbLHVwTTfc
  2. In the mobile version the banner to the right of the menu (Module:RankedAdip https://prnt.sc/7h_3MeK2jEvt) appears huge and does not allow opening the menu https://prnt.sc/gbkhX6fXZtnZ
  3. The code has lost its vertical structure https://prnt.sc/hPBuIMnjxQrq

Could you please help us and fix the template's problems;

*We have temporarily disabled the Module:RankedAdip https://prnt.sc/7h_3MeK2jEvt to ensure smooth mobile navigation until you fix the issue.

I have used this CSS to Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

#sp-header .row{
    display: flex;
}

and changed the column size for tablet and mobile devices. It looks okay. Now you need to resize your module with Custom CSS.

In the mobile version the banner (Module:RankedAdip https://prnt.sc/7h_3MeK2jEvt) is still appears bigger than our logo. Before the update issue, we didn't need to resize the module with custom CSS because the module was automatically resized on the mobile version So its not a good practise every time to need to resize a module with Custom CSS. It should be done automatically as it was before the template update issues. Please solve this issue as well

we don't know which template upgrade is causing the problem in the mobile version and the module doesn't adjust like the website logo does. We notice that you currently have it disabled on both the desktop and mobile versions. Why isn't it just disabled in the mobile version?

I have reset the code of the template. Your banner customization is up to you. I have tried as much as I can. Please check your banner image. It was a lot of white space at the top. Maybe this is your issue.

Two months ago we sent you the problems created by the template upgrade.(https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/15723) Since then, the problems have not been fixed and every time you try to fix something, something else doesn't work. The result is that we have negative reviews and our department, which is the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Patras, is discredited. For the reasons below

  1. Your delayed responses, interventions and support which sometimes exceeded a month despite our constant nagging
  2. The problems you couldn't solve
  3. Your interventions that created additional problems on the website

WE NEED TO CONTACT YOUR SUPERVISOR IMMEDIATELY.

We remind you that our subscription expires next month and if the problems presented by the template upgrade and by your interventions are not corrected, we will not renew the subscription.

We will also take legal action against you due to the defamation our department has suffered from the failure of your interventions resulting in the poor image of our website, as well as the continued delay in your support.

We briefly remind you of the problems that have not been solved

  1. After your interventions, some side menu links are horizontally next to each other and not vertically below each other in both the Greek https://prnt.sc/IK65u92sUveD and English version https://prnt.sc/RzaCP2iEHe7o . This happens on both desktop and mobile versions.
  2. After your interventions the logo in the Greek version is much smaller compared to the logo in the English version . Both in desktop and mobile version. Also in the mobile version it is very small and hard to understand for the visitor.

Apology for the miscommunication and delay. I think you have misunderstood us. We do not provide customization support or develop sites. After you buy the template, the customization has to be done by you.

Thank you for the fixes BUT as you can see in the very first comment, the problem began from an update of YOUR template. And that update ruined the code structure too. After that every time that your partner tried to fix something, another problem occured or something different was ruined. So it was not customissation support, actually it had to be fix to the problems that that update caused.
