If you provide a link to the page, I can take a quick look at it for you if you like (I'm not a Joomshaper Dev) but happy to help if I can.

Issue work around...

The article / content was very long.

  1. I copy/pasted the content (no images) to notepad (removing all html)
  2. created a new category and then a new article and added 1/3 of the content from notepad
  3. create a second new article and added the next 1/3
  4. created a third new article and added the next 1/3
  • So the new category has 3 articles
  • I created a blog layout menu item for those 3 (formerly 1) articles and turned off title, date, author displays and put the title at the top of the first article.
  • The 3 articles display correctly.

This is totally weird - but now the client is satisfied.

As a test, you may want to copy and paste a very large amount of text into an article and try it.

The length of a page should have no impact on how it renders in terms of responsivness - my guess is that there might have been some superflous code in your page that was causing it to not render in mobile view.

At least you have it sorted now. Glad you managed to fix it.

I thought it could have been superflous code, so I copied it, then pasted it into notepad to scrub the text.

When I copied from notepad to one big article - it displayed poorly.

Only when I broke it into 3 pieces (articles) did it display correctly.

So weird.

Other possible explanations: Gremlins
