Rhino Joomla Template – Sp Page Build Person Addon

Hello,

I recently updated my website to Joomla 4, along with SP Page Builder. I am not sure what sepcifically caused this but the person addon is not displaying the pictures. Any idea how I can go about fixing this?

Hi there!

Thanks for your query.

It seems the credentials are not from a super user account. The account doesn't have all the access to go to the template files and check the overrides.

Would you please check if the person addon is overrided or not within the template?

I made the admin account a super user. To my knowledge there are no overrides.
