Or can you deliver us a solution how we can use that using SP page builder?
Maybe there is existing a component on the market we can add to SP page builder that it works?

The accordion addon has some pre-defined styles and you can select the custom styles. But, That you want to do exactly it's not possible using this accordion addon.
