Thanks for contacting us. When your client's plan time expires then he needs to Renew it if he wants it again. Because when his plan time expires he will not be able to update or download our templates or extensions. And he will buy a new plan then he has a new license which he will be able to use. So the main topic is:

For template plans: After his subscription expires, he can still keep using the products he has downloaded from our site. But without an active subscription, he will NOT get updates and forum support from us.

For SP Page Builder Pro: Once his subscription expires, he will still be able to use the component- but you will NOT be able to download updates, get technical forum support, access layout bundles & predesigned sections. Free community support might be available on our Facebook group.

The pages he has built with the SP Page Builder Pro will work after the subscription expires. Also, he will be able to edit the existing pages/create new pages and access all the Pro features of the extension except layout bundles and predesigned sections.

Once the subscription expires, his Pro license key becomes invalid.
