Hi, i have tried to contact you by mail, Facebook and your contact form 3x now. Still no response. Yesterday I have bought and paid a new Personal Plan. However, this does not show up on my account. Therefor i have no new licence number available. Please inform me how to solve this. Best regards, Kars Jans

Hi Rashida,

It may be solved, but it looks very weird.

  1. the expire date is still tomorrow.
  2. the green mark that shows progress of days used is fully green, so days at the end?
  3. the text says it's 366 days to go

So i'm not sure it's solved....
