Helix Ultimate Doesn't Respect Pagebuilder Fluid Row Settings

Hi,
I am testing latest version of helix ultimate template and setting the component area with fluid width then in the padding I am adding 10px 70px 10px 70px as this is the look I want - to use max space on the page.
This works fine. However, now my pagebuilder (latest version before 4.0 release) now all pages have adapted the component area's padding settings. I even tried setting the rows in pagebuider pages to fluid width but the settings are ignored.
Is this a bug or a settings issue?

Accepted AnswerMy silly mistake! When I made the main body area I forgot to move the component left so it deleted component and made the one in the section header the component.
I did try to re-add it but it was better to start all over again.
