This is a very annoying bug; as I can see, the new version 4.0.2 did not fix it. I think you must do a priority fix on this, as it is a fundamental feature that seriously affects page layouts.

Indeed it wasn't fixed in current update (4.0.2) - but it's on the list to do. I hope 4.0.3 soon. yes, I marked as "red" important.

It will be fixed in upcoming SPPB 4.0.5. But as I heard it will be also redesigned: "we are going to remove the responsive class selection options, now user can do this by dragging column switching each device" I didn't test it yet, but sounds logical.
