​First you have to download SP Page Builder Pro from here https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension

​Then you have to install it. Go to administrator-->extension-->install ​After that you have to active it.Input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close.Your License Key is located in your Dashboard. ​Then Clear Joomla and Browser cache.

Hi It Cleared last night Accessing this site was very hit an miss yesterday I kept on getting Cloud Flare error pages suggesting there was a problem with your servers. So i concluded it was a server problem at your end which seems now to have been resolved.

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. It's not our product issue, You should contact your hosting provider to unblock the header request. Besides, If you use Cloudflare then you need to disable the rocket loader or mod_security from your hosting server.

Sorry i was so clear in my last post, When accessing this website to get to this post yesterday i kept on getting the cloudflare error pages which indicated the problem was with your servers I dont use Cloudflare or any other similar system on my servers Thats why i assumed the problem was at your end the main thing it has cleared now as has my acces to this forum.

@Graeme, I have had the exact same problem since switching to Joomla 4. They keep telling me to "turn off mod_security" but there is none with GoDaddy.

I discovered when I DON'T put in my licence key, the Sections load but can't be used. When I put the key back in, I just get the spinning wheel of death.

Have you found a solution?

@Anthony Grinblat Not had the problem again Cloudflare error message suggester it was Joomlashapers server once the issue had cleard everything worked perfectly I did not have to do anything.

If your having issue just reinstall the latest Pro version. Manually download the latest version and upload and install you may have to do it a couple of times. if that does not work see if there is a htacces script which will turn off "turn off mod_security" thats the way i overide the server setting.
