How To Edit Image Layouts Image In Sp 4?

Hi friends where is Image Layouts image edditing option and how can i chose defferent layout types? I do not see any options to change image anymore. I cleaned browser cache after update and I cleaned joomla cache.

Please check the screenshot below. I have marked with an arrow.

The first button is for changing the image, second button is for choosing different image layout. If you click on the image these buttons will appear.
