SP Page Builder 4 Not Working, Broke My Template

i have sp page builder pro 4 installed and i am unable to work with it. i added a block set to 12, it gave me the + sign to add an addon and when i dragged in the slideshow, it disappeared. I tried using import to bring in a premade slideshow and nothing happened. Some things seem to work but at this point i just wanted to replace the slideshow and fix some layout while i continued to work on the website and i have lost all my progress. This new version is not usable and frankly it's so far from intuitive.
In the meantime i am stuck with it and i can't make the necessary changes and i don't even dare updating any other websites with this version.
I have tested a few things and it seems to specifically be an issue with slideshows, the import of slideshows, video slideshows. There is something not working here. i was able to bring in a hero and other types of blocks without a problem. i haven't tested them all of course to see if any others aren't working.

Accepted AnswerThe slideshow was by me also not workng. Did your clear the cache of Joomla and your browser?
I saw there could eb some CSS isues. Not everything is implementet totaly (see also my post). Waiting for Joomshapers answer on that one.

Accepted AnswerSame goes to me..just update to SP4 yesterday,my previous slidehshow on the site disappear...when i restore to previous SP3 version...slideshow comeback. Seems like there is some issue and not very stable.

Accepted AnswerI have exactly the same problem with my Helix Template. The slide show, which is located below the menu bar, is not displayed when the browser is "too wide". (https://www.it-basixs.de)
The Template, Joomla and SP Page Builder are always up to date.
When I go back to version 3.8.8, I can no longer edit the start page because it is just empty in the SP editor.
When can you expect a bug fix?
