Why Can't I Drag An Addon From One Postion To Another?

Hi, it seems I can drag a addon from one position to another? Dunno if it's just here or it's not added. Any idea?

When it's not only me, dragging addons to other columns or rows is a essential feature in a builder.

Yes, I have seen it. still prefer to drag 'n drop accros the rows. Now I have to set names for all the layers and addons to see what is what with this layers system. What is the reason for this new movement system? Stability?
