Page Builder form doesn't send email

A previously working Page Builder form that sends email, no longer sends the email. No success message shown and no email sent,

How can I find out what is wrong?

Apology for the inconvenience. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

Hi,

i have exactly the same problem with the page builder e-mail form
However, if I do the send mail test in the Joomla global configuration, it works.
I am using Page Builder version 4.0.3 and Joomla version 4.1.5
Please support!
