Page Builder Form Doesn't Send Email

A previously working Page Builder form that sends email, no longer sends the email. No success message shown and no email sent,

How can I find out what is wrong?

Hi,

i have exactly the same problem with the page builder e-mail form However, if I do the send mail test in the Joomla global configuration, it works. I am using Page Builder version 4.0.3 and Joomla version 4.1.5 Please support!
