Changing Height Of Header In Helix Not Working

Im working on a new joomla site with Joomla 4, sp page builder and helix ultimate
Unfortenately when i try to change the height of the header for desktop/ tablet/ mobile nothing changes
what should i do to solve this issue ?

first disable CSS compression (in Template Options) then make changes and preview them.
Using JS and CSS compression on website which is still under development is not recommended. This should be the last step. Now should be OK, check height values.
It's like with backpacking. What is first, you select and put things in order or you squeeze them?
