Off Canvas Not Working On Mobile Devices

The off canvas menu (burger menu) has previously been working the a site, but now it does not work anymore. When clicking on the burger menu, the screen turns blurred black, and the menu is not visible.
The off canvas menu has been set up as per your directions in a module with the position off canvas.
How do I solve the problem?
