Some (not all) of our Members are getting a 404 error when they login

These are a couple of the emails we have had

This morning, I got a "404 Component Not Found" error message after I logged-in. When I click on "Members", I'm offered "log-out" as an option, so it seems I am logged-in but the error message is disconcerting.

every time I try to log in it gives me an error 404 message, however it then diverts to the home page where it seems I am logged in. When I try to book a course for one of my members it is not recognising I am logged in and a member, therefore it is prefilling the course fee as £80. I have continued to try over a few days in case it was a blip but it seem it is not

It seems that when they login it takes them to https://www.avonlca.org.uk/?Itemid=260 (or a similar url) rather than taking them to the members home page. They login via a Menu Item Type 'Login Form' which is set to redirect to a menu item.

Please can you help me to resolve this quickly.
