Page Export Not Working - -SP Page Builder Pro Version: 3.8.8

Hi, I am using SP Page Builder Pro Version: 3.8.8 on Joomla 4.1.5
I am trying to export my pages to JSON. However it is not working. I click export and get a blank page, but no download. What could be the issue? Is there a directory that needs to be writable which might not be working? I am using Warpthemes Extra addons, could they create this issue?
