Sp Pagebuilder Module Not Save Or Not Change At Save

In template pitech joomla 4.15 / php8 and 7.4 sppb 3.8.8 i cannot add new pagebuilder modules or edit the actual ones (like Registration Title) always when i save show the save message but not really save when new module is created show the save message when add title then when try to add a row nothing happen at save https://www.dropbox.com/s/vc8n9bvdweq6h7w/Captura%20de%20Pantalla%202022-08-17%20a%20la%28s%29%2014.46.14.png?dl=0
cannot found references for that versions installed

Accepted AnswerI just check in chrome and work ok using safari, for some reason not work, event cleaning all cache

Accepted AnswerSP Bapgebuilder Pro 4.03 will not save page changes for me either - in Chrome or in Edge. I already disabled ModSec entirely. No help.
