How do I Create New, Or Edit Existing Contact Forms

There is a contact addon in the Qubic template, I have added it in a website (scroll to see it).
I really like its style, but I need to change some of the detail. For example I need to add a phone number field and I need to remove the 'subject' field.
How can I do this? Are there tutorials?

In the Contact addon it will be too difficult, but you can use Form Builder addon instead that give you flexibility about used fields and their order in grid.

But yes, by default it doesn't have this same design as Contact addon, so it request extra basic custom CSS to make it similar.
