Issue With Content-Bottom Position Joomla Articles

Template 4 years ago

Hello,

I'm using the Dentro template and I've run into an issue with the Content-Bottom position not displaying correctly on Joomla Articles.

In the Category Blog view, the Content-Bottom position is fine. As you can see here:

In the Article view, the Content-Bottom position shows at the bottom of the content but full width. As seen here:

Kind regards, John

Hi Ofi,

I made adjustments to the the above CSS, this fixed the issue:

@media (min-width: 576px) {
    .view-article .sp-module-content-bottom .sppb-container-inner {
        max-width: 540px !important;
        margin-right: auto;
        margin-left: auto;
    }
}
@media (min-width: 768px) {
    .view-article .sp-module-content-bottom .sppb-container-inner {
        max-width: 720px !important;
        margin-right: auto;
        margin-left: auto;
    }
}
@media (min-width: 992px) {
    .view-article .sp-module-content-bottom .sppb-container-inner {
        max-width: 960px !important;
        margin-right: auto;
        margin-left: auto;
    }
}
@media (min-width: 1200px) {
    .view-article .sp-module-content-bottom .sppb-container-inner {
        max-width: 1140px !important;
        margin-right: auto;
        margin-left: auto;
    }
}

Thanks for heading me in the right direction.

Kind regards, John

Upon further investigation, this looks like another potential PHP issue with the template.

If you inspect the element on the Joomla Article page you'll see the <div class="sp-module-content-bottom clearfix"> shows up outside of the <div class="article-body-wrap"> as shown in this screenshot.

I'm having a similar issue with the <aside id="sp-right"> on the Newsberg template as seen in this forum post: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/293

On both of these sites, the Catgeory Blog pages display the elements correctly, it's only an issue on the Joomla Article pages.

Kind regards, John

Apology for the delay. Could you please give me clear screenshots of the issue? I will share with the developers to look over it. I think this is the design of the template.

Hi Ofi,

If you visit the website here: https://morganeklund.com/about/careers you will see the content properly displayed in the the content-bottom position.

If you click on the Joomla article on that page, you can see the content-bottom position going the full width of the page. Here's a direct link to the page. https://morganeklund.com/about/careers/survey-rod-person

Kind regards John

okay I got this. Please use this CSS to Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

@media (min-width: 576px){
    .view-article #sp-main-body > .container {
        max-width: 540px !important;
    }
}
@media (min-width: 768px){
    .view-article #sp-main-body > .container {
        max-width: 720px !important;
    }
}
@media (min-width: 992px){
    .view-article #sp-main-body > .container {
        max-width: 960px !important;
    }
}
@media (min-width: 1200px){
    .view-article #sp-main-body > .container {
        max-width: 1140px !important;
    }
}

Hi Ofi,

Unfortunatley, that messes up the entire page layout.
