3. If the problem is only with front-end editor, try to use a different browser - for test purposes. Test with a simple "test" page first.

4. Have you changed any server settings in the meantime?

@ariba It worked on version 3.8.8 it stoped work when i upgraded to PB 4. Latest pagebuilder does not have backend or I am missing something. I did not changed any server settings.

Yes, you are correct. The latest Pagebuilder does not have any backend, we have removed it completely for ease of use. You can only edit from Frontend now.
