SP Medical Two Questions

Hi, thanks first of all for your always effective support. We are building a site for a medical centre. We are using SP Medical and have two needs to solve.
1 - we would like to be able to publish a single department from the menu and not just the main category that groups all the departments; 2 - we would like to see the background image and breadcrumb in the single department
We have tried these solutions to try to solve the problem, but they are not enough
1 Post a menu item with a URL pointing to the individual department. It works. But it does not display image and breadcrumbs, even though I set Page Title and Background Image correctly in the menu item
2 We set Page title and Background image in the main menu item (all departments), now the image is also displayed in the single department, but there is no possibility to replace it and the breadcrumb is wrong, it is always relative to the main category.
Is it possible to think of a SP Medical development to solve these two points?

Sorry this feature doesn't exist.

Accepted AnswerThank you, I had already realised that these functions are not available, but you did not answer me regarding their possible implementation, even for a fee. Thus the extension is hardly usable.
