Cannot Delete Cache

Hello,

I seem to be having an issue deleting cache as of the last day or two. This is what i see:

This is a recent cache error, and did not happen up until the last day or two.

  • Joomla 3.10.11

  • PHP 7.4

  • SP PageBuilder Component 3.8.8

Any possible insights into what might be going on with this error? Thank you very much for the help, it is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for SuperMan account, fixed.

I recreated cache folder, it was sort of Joomla problem, not Joomshaper software related.

If I may...

System Information > System > Folder Permission

URL: administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&view=sysinfo

check if

  • cache (Cache Folder)
  • administrator/cache (Cache Folder)
  • www/tmp (Temp folder)

are all writable (green)
