Hello, on my website it is not possible to edit a page with Page Builder 3 or 4! Please can you take a look?

Joomla: 3.10.11 SP Page Builder: 3.8.8 PHP: 7.4.30

SPPB 3.8.x Back-end editor works Good, as it should. I can edit addons etc.

Now I am checking problem with front-end 404 error - it can be extension conflict or server settings, it request deeper / longer investigation, by now just use back-end editor
