Psychiatrist Layout Can't Visually Edit

In the Psychiatrist layout, some blocks cannot be visually edited. They seem to be there, but they are not there.
on the site they are displayed as needed, but in the editor it is not correct

Accepted AnswerFound what the problem is. This is the first "Empty space" with its css code. If you comment out the code, it becomes clear what is behind this block
