That was also my topic a few days ago: After the update to 4.x, there was no longer an PB menu item and PB could only still be called up via components. But no pages could be edited etc.

Luckily I still had old versions of PB saved. Currently working with PB.8.8 successfully

I work with J3.10.11.

Yes, SPPB menu module doesn't work in Joomla 4.1x So You have SPPB only from components tab.

Joomla 3.10 or Joomla 4.1 - it depends on you what you prefer by now until both versions are supported.

About SPPB 3.8 or SPPB 4.0 choice - by now I recommend keeping SPPB 3.x for next few weeks, and wait for more fixed versions. Besides 3.x version will be supported for next 2 years.

Here is my exact problem: I created a language switcher module and placed it in a custom position that I created in the Helix3 layout editor. The pagebuilder was not involved at all in this process, and it worked perfectly. However when I updated from PB3.8 to PB4, the module suddenly was empty space. Same thing happened to a footer menu module I created (inside pagebuilder) - it worked perfectly until the PB 4 Update, but now it is broken.

I was assuming that downgrading PB might help here. Can I simply install the old Pagebuilder via the Joomla Update System and overwrite the PB-Version 4?
