I am having problem to customize a Preset Layout in Helix Ultimate 2.0.11 Template Finion.

I want to remove the SP-Top-Bar and change the look of the Contact Info but they seem to be hidden some how and there is no way I can access the Top-Bar, Logo-Wrap and Logo-Right or even to delete them completely.

I tried to create my own logo-wrap Module but as the Preset logo-wrap is hidden I can not change the position of my newly created Module which is supposed to be above the Menus as shown in the screenshots but my logo is now below the menu which I would like to move above the Menu.

So my question is, is it posible to maintain the Preset Header and then customize the look and feel to my taste?
