How do I Change The File Permission For Uploads

Hi - While using SPPB 4.0, I am unable to upload MP4 files greater than 8 MB for videos. Also, even if I upload via FTP in the video folder, the file is still not visible. Can you help?

Thank you for your patience. Are you still facing this issue? Could you kindly let me know?

  • Where exactly you cannot upload such a big file?
  • Are you able to upload that file from Joomla Admin: Content > Media > Upload ?

In Media- you have "Options" - you can change value over there if the total size of upload exceeds the limit.

But, please also check PHP settings for max upload.
