Hope : Button In The Header

Hello, I put 2 buttons in the header, but they are not on the same level as the menu, they are a little down. Could you explain what I have to change to have everything on the same line ?

What's more, I need to put a small menu in the orange rectangle, and It should stay stucked at the top like the main menu. Is it possible ?
