How To Re-order Nested Rows?

Hi friends! Is there some way I can do this? I tried dragging the the move icon in the row, but it won't work. (This works for everything else, of course, just not for nested rows.) I don't know if it's not possible, or am I missing some wrinkle? SPPB 3 by the way.

Accepted AnswerI have checked your sections. You can copy the row and then paste where you need. This should be easy option for your situation.

Accepted AnswerHi Ofi! Have a look at https://www.sonicshock.com/index.php/products/alarms/edit/24 The two columns in the middle of that page each have four nested rows. I CAN move content from one row to another by dragging the content, but I can't do the same with the row itself. (Which would be slightly easier in that each row has it's own unique column formatting.)
It's not a big deal - maybe can't be done, or maybe it can, and I'm missing something.
