Nested Rows In SP Pagebuilder V3

Can I use nested rows with SP Pagebuilder v3?

I was able to import the Xion template in my SP Page builder. It has nested rows. But when I adit the column structure, the nested rows disappear.

If I cannot: ho do I upgrade to v4?
