Hi I am using Medico https://demo.joomshaper.com/?template=medico template Is it safe to upgrade SPPageBuilder from v3 to v4 on that template? Thank you

Thank you for your query. The latest version of Medico template is compatible with SP Page builder v 3.8.0, not 4 yet as you can see in the screenshot of the changelog below:
If you want, you can test the template with version 4 of SP Page builder in your testing site/domain, to check any minor or major issues.
