Bug Tag H1 Empty In Medico Template

Hello,
in my website: https://medicall-sante.fr/
All pages have an empty fiel H1 (SEOQuake analysis)
The file :template/medico/features/title.php is weird and not same other sites.
The AI Joomshaper answer: It seems that you are having an issue with the empty h1 tag in the Medico template. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to Extensions > Templates > Styles.
Select the Medico template.
Click on the "Edit" button.
Go to the "Advanced" tab.
Uncheck the "Use Joomla Content Heading" option.
Click on the "Save & Close" button.
But this option don't exist.

Problem, if i add an H1 at an other place, i will have 2 H1 in all my pages.

Accepted AnswerHello Toufiq, you are absolutly right ! Thank you very. The problem come from FeatureBox was in the joomla module bottom 1 "Contact info" created in the template Medico.
When i replace the feature boxes in the module, empty H1 disappear.
Why problem was on all pages, because it was int the bottom1.

Accepted AnswerHello, after many other bugs in Medico, with Paul, we have removed override addons. So, i like i said more up, i have remove the Features was in the complete Medico install, and place news at place. Bug disappear. So like i said, you was really right about a bug in Feature addon. Thx to you.
