Unable To Edit Site Modules Created With SP Page Builder 4.1.5

We have created site modules using SP Page Builder 4.1.5 - Now, when we click the "Edit with SP Builder" button, instead of opening the module as one might expect, we get bounced to the home page. I am unable to edit any of the modules I created. Is there a solution or step that we're missing here? And for that matter, we can't even create new ones now.

Thank you. That indeed works. It seems a bit counter-intuitive that footer modules don't get edited in place, rather than at the top of the page though. And if the text of the module is the same color as the page background, well then it just disappears. Ah, but now that we know...
