Sp Pagebuilder modules not showing in layout positions with Helixultimate template after fresh install

I had the same problem with background heading images and I followed instructions from forum https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/12773 - Background Image Not Displayed On Server Anymore
I uninstalled and installed fresh now my modules created with sp pagebuilder are not visible.

What can I do?
PS The fresh install did not solve the problem of background hedaing images not showing on frontend.
