When adding a new user. After entering the necessary information and confirmin pw, the link to accept terms is not very good. There is no indication that it is a button and makes no visible change to indicate that it is functional. It DOES work but things are not clear at all until you test it. It also is not sufficiently prominent so if one passes it up, they end up re-entering passwords etc again.

I now know what to do, but I suspecet that a large number of new users will have issues with that. That may just be a Joomla issue that we are stuck with I guess though.
