Sp Page Builder 4.0.3 Doesn't Work

Hello, After the last update to 4.0.3 version, I can't modify the pages or to create a new one. A blank page appears and nothing happens.

As you will see, there are some bugs, maybe caused by the T4 theme or PHP 8 version.
