"Import Layout, Blocks, Saved Items From Here" is Not Working On SP Page Builder

When I try to import a saved item on SP Page Builder, nothing happen. No message. The popup just disapear. Thank you for your assistance.

same... I edited my layout for all devices and then tried to save but it was loading for minutes so I decided to export it. After I reloaded the page I tried to import the layout but nothing happens :/
