"Import layout, blocks, Saved items from here" is not working on SP Page Builder

When I try to import a saved item on SP Page Builder, nothing happen. No message. The popup just disapear.

same... I edited my layout for all devices and then tried to save but it was loading for minutes so I decided to export it. After I reloaded the page I tried to import the layout but nothing happens :/
